Terms and Conditions

Booking Conditions:

1. Price includes reasonable consumption of electricity, water and central heating oil.
2. All lets are from 4pm Saturday to 10am Saturday.
3. A deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking. Should you cancel your booking this deposit will be forfeit.
4. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the let. Should you cancel your booking within this period only
half of the rental will be refunded unless a suitable alternative tenant is found. However, should you cancel within 4 weeks of the
commencement of the let no refund will be made.
5. A booking is not deemed to have been accepted until the returned completed booking form has been received and accepted
by the property owners. Once a booking has been accepted the number of persons occupying the house will not be increased
without prior written approval from the property owners.
6. Bed linen, tea towels and towels can be supplied for a £55.00 supplement including beds made up in advance.
7. It is the responsibility of tenant(s) to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition ready for the next guests.
8. A separate cheque as a refundable damage and cleaning deposit of £150 should be sent with final payment.
9. Should you require paper receipts, please send a stamped address envelope with the booking form and final payment.
10. The property is strictly No Smoking.
11. Pets by arrangement.
12. The property is occupied at own risk.
13. The liability of the owner is limited to a sum equal to that charged for rental.
